Our builder will measure up the existing project to be or talk to you about the home you would like to have, taking notes of any desire features you have in mind for your project.

STEP ONE

STEP TWO
Review & accept your Proposal!
Once your consultation meeting is complete, we will review, and detail all estimates, and costs associated with your project renovation requirements. We will provide you a formal proposal including everything you’ll need to know about your renovation. We will schedule a call with you to go over all sections of your proposal to answer any questions you may have, and ensure you understand all associated costs and requirements prior to proceeding.

A form will be located at the back of your proposal for you to sign when you are ready to proceed to the next step! Simply sign and return this form to us and make payment of the Pre-works fee. This fee amount will be completely deducted from your renovation contract balance once renovation works begin on site. We will then begin working with you on your design or new home!

Sign off!
Upon completion of your design phase, you will be provided with the following:

  • Floor plan drawings & elevations
  • 3D renders
  • PC (Prime Costs items) items schedule
  • Renovation or Home project contract

Once your contract has been completed and your PC items payment is received, we will begin placing orders to secure your items in time for your start day. We will closely work with you over the weeks, and we will look after the entire process for you!

STEP TREE
Sign off!
Upon completion of your design phase, you will be provided with the following:

  • Floor plan drawings & elevations
  • 3D renders
  • PC (Prime Costs items) items schedule
  • Renovation or Home project contract

Once your contract has been completed and your PC items payment is received, we will begin placing orders to secure your items in time for your start day. We will closely work with you over the weeks, and we will look after the entire process for you!

STEP FOUR
Dream Delivery!
We will talk to you prior to the start date to ensure everything is in order for your renovation works to commence. Once the process starts our team will stay in close contact with you on projects updates and invoicing requirements. In your final meeting we will run you through everything you may have questions or need to know about maintaining and caring for your renovation or new home!
